1.1 WHPMPANTHER OS, together with its complete software, source code, designs, audio, branding and the entire connected ecosystem (collectively, "WHPM"), is the exclusive intellectual property of WORLD HURRICANE PANTHER MUSIC, its founder and chief architect.

1.2 Copying, decompiling, reverse-engineering, redistributing or imitating any part of the WHPM system without the owner's written consent is strictly prohibited and may be pursued under applicable Slovak, EU and international law (including WIPO and the Berne Convention).

1.3 The WHPM name, logo, the Panther mascot, and all derivative marks are protected creative works. Unauthorized commercial use may result in civil or criminal liability.

2.1 Certain apps inside WHPMPANTHER OS may ask your browser for permission to use device features — for example location, camera, microphone, or Bluetooth — strictly so that the specific feature you opened can work (a map needs location, a voice tool needs a microphone, and so on).

2.2 These permissions are requested individually by your browser, not silently by WHPM. You see every prompt and can deny any of them; declining a permission may simply mean that one feature won't work, while the rest of the system continues normally.

2.3 No hardware access is used to track you outside of the feature you explicitly activated. WHPM does not run background location tracking, does not record audio or video without an active, visible prompt, and does not sell device data to anyone — because none is collected to sell in the first place.

3.1 — No tracking, no profiling, no data sales. WHPM does not operate an analytics or tracking system. We do not build behavioral profiles, we do not log your activity across apps, and we do not sell or rent any information about you to third parties. This isn't a marketing promise — it's a description of the fact that no such collection system exists in this software.

3.2 — What actually runs locally. WHPMPANTHER OS stores your preferences (window positions, theme, notes, settings) using your browser's localStorage, directly on your own device. This data never leaves your browser and is never transmitted to us.

3.3 — Technical cookies only. The websites and apps reachable through this system use only the strictly necessary technical cookies required to load pages and keep sessions working — the same baseline used by virtually every functioning website. These are not advertising-tracking cookies and are not used to follow you across other sites.

3.4 — Advertising banners fund the servers, nothing more. Some screens display banner advertising. This exists for one reason only: to help cover hosting and bandwidth costs for free infrastructure. The advertising networks used here are standard, low-footprint partners whose only technical interaction with a visitor is reading the IP address your browser sends to every website you visit anyway — the same exposure that happens when you load any ordinary page on the internet. No additional consent, fingerprinting, or cross-site profile is built on top of that by WHPM.

3.5 — Want to remove even that? If you'd rather not expose your IP address to ad networks at all, using a VPN routes your connection through a different address before it reaches us or any advertiser. With a VPN active, your browsing through WHPMPANTHER OS is, in practical terms, fully private end to end.

3.6 Personal data, to the limited extent any is ever processed, is handled in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

4.1 WHPMPANTHER OS functions as a terminal/bridge environment running entirely in your browser. It does not itself host, generate or control third-party content accessible through linked apps, the PWA Store, or other external destinations reachable from the desktop.

4.2 WHPM is not responsible for the content, legality, or quality of material found on third-party platforms that the system merely provides a path to.

4.3 You are solely responsible for anything you choose to download, install, or otherwise do with files or apps obtained through WHPMPANTHER OS.

4.4 The system is provided "as is," without warranty of uninterrupted availability or specific performance. WHPM is a solo-developed, evolving project — bugs and downtime can happen, and there is no service-level guarantee attached to free use of the system.

5.1 WHPMPANTHER OS is a politically neutral piece of software, built with the goal of making useful tools accessible to ordinary people across a wide range of devices.

5.2 Using the system for illegal activity, spreading disinformation or hateful content, political agitation, hacking, or surveilling other people without their consent is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Violating this section entitles the operator to immediately block access and, where warranted, to report the conduct to the relevant authorities.

5.4 You agree to use the system in good faith and in compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
